Personal Fitness Trainer at Ladgov Corporation – Ramstein-Miesenbach, Rheinland-Pfalz

Job Location: Ramstein Northside and Southside Fitness Centers, Vogelweh Fitness Center, KMC – Germany

The candidate shall have in minimum:

• A current certification from a U.S. Air Force–recognized organization such as ACE, NASM, ACSM, or NETA.

• At least 100 verified hours of personal training experience (fitness assessments, cardio and strength programs).

• Current CPR/AED and Basic First Aid certification (American Red Cross or equivalent).

• Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

The candidate must:

• Conduct individualized personal fitness training sessions based on client goals and fitness levels.

• Instruct clients on safe exercise techniques, form, and injury prevention.

• Develop and monitor personalized cardio, strength, and flexibility programs.

• Perform and document pre-activity screening (PAR-Q) for all new clients.

• Maintain accurate session logs, attendance, and certification records.

• Set up, sanitize, and return all fitness equipment after each session.
