Practice Administrator at Meritas Health – North Kansas City, Missouri

Meritas Health, the largest physician network in north Kansas City and a part of the North Kansas City Hospital, is seeking a Practice Administrator for its (______) clinic.

The Administrator will provide leadership, guidance and support on operational issues, delivery of services and the overall success of the internal medicine practice. This includes management of clinic operations, policy adherence, workflow efficiency, patient satisfaction, quality improvement initiatives, revenue cycle, participate in EHR support and compliance management. Promotes and ensures physician practice satisfaction through sound operational, financial and human resource management; seeks to establish a respectful environment that promotes teamwork and clinical excellence.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or healthcare management and a minimum five years experience in healthcare management within a medical practice environment. Proficient experience in reimbursement procedures, efficient practice operations, budgetary finance skills and excellent communications and interpersonal skills are crucial to the success of this position.
