1. Support in screening, interviewing and hiring new underwriters

2. To provide effective strategies for building and growing the DIS Underwriting Operations. The goal is to build a strong team of 100 offshore underwriters.

1. Should possess a minimum of 20 years of experience in US real estate underwriting operations
2. Should possess a master’s degree in any field that complements the operations management (MBA, or any other master’s program)
3. Should have managed US Clients in the Real Estate Underwriting space (Collateral, Character, Capacity, Credit)
4. Should be open to travel to US on a periodic basis and hence should have a B1/B2 business
