Job Summary:
The Project Administrator plays an essential role in supporting the Project Management team in the renewable energy industry. This individual assists with administrative functions, facilitates communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensures efficient handling of documentation and vendor coordination. The role is instrumental in helping projects move forward smoothly by managing day-to-day tasks for solar, wind, and battery storage development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and maintain communication with vendors, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Schedule and prepare materials for team meetings, project reviews, and status updates.
  • Support procurement tracking, invoice processing, and other project-related administrative tasks.
  • Assist in updating project schedules, logs, and status trackers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Project Management team.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a project support, administrative, or coordinator role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft teams, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to communicate with diverse teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in renewable energy, construction, or real estate development industries.
  • Familiarity with project management software or platforms
  • Experience with Lien waivers, Power Purchase Agreements, contacts is a plus
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
