What You’ll Do

• · Provide individualized, hands-on care to patients with a wide range of conditions, including post-op orthopedic, general orthopedic, sports injury, and chronic musculoskeletal pain
• · Employ both land-based and aquatic therapy techniques, including pelvic floor therapy, in a well-equipped facility
• · Work collaboratively with a team of therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• · Maintain accurate, timely documentation and clear communication with patients and colleagues
• · Stay current on best practices in physical therapy and actively contribute to a culture of learning and improvement

What You Bring

• · Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
• · Texas Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
• · CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• · A passion for helping others, paired with a growth mindset and a team-first attitude
• · Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• · Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
