This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and dynamic team. The Import Entry Specialist role provides exposure to multiple facets of logistics, customs brokerage, and maritime operations. • Process daily Duty Statement/ACH payments and related documentation
• Perform general office tasks including phone support, data entry, filing, scanning, and document prep
• Track inbound cargo and ensure timely filing of entries to avoid demurrage or storage fees
• Manage warehouse withdrawals and related documentation via ABI transmission
• Prepare and file customs entries by collecting and classifying documentation, submitting transmissions, meeting OGA requirements, and communicating status to clients
• Confirm client account profiles and ensure compliance with customer-specific instructions
• Refer complex classification questions to supervisors for review

• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Import logistics experience required
• Experience in customs brokerage and clearance with multiple government agencies highly preferred
• CargoWise experience highly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with ABI, FDA systems, and import documentation is beneficial
• Excellent math skills and ability to calculate duty rates, entered values, and exchange rates
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
