Responsibilities:

  • Reporting for assigned shifts on time, and on a regular basis

    Communicate clearly and demonstrating suitable physical abilities to safety perform assigned tasks and duties

    Explain products and services to customers

    Welcome and identify customer needs

    Provide outstanding customer service

  • Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock

  • Enter and process prescription orders

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints

  • Check out customers at the Point of Sale

    Comply with company directives and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, and retail pharmacy

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to build rapport with customers

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong people skills

    Works well in a team

    Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the State of Washington
