Position Overview:
As the Spa General Manager, you are the heartbeat of your location- fully empowered as the owner of your business, the leader of your team, and the face of the guest experience. Your mission is to grow and develop both your Front of House and Service Provider teams, ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional experience “The Hiatus Way.” You’ll balance people leadership with business acumen, driving performance to meet (and exceed) objectives while cultivating a culture where your team thrives. The right candidate is a results-driven leader who is equally passionate about developing people, delivering operational excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Performance & P&L Management
Take full ownership of your spa’s performance, driving revenue growth, managing costs, and maximizing profitability
Use financial insights and KPIs to make smart, strategic decisions that fuel success
Grow memberships, retail, and guest loyalty while keeping budgets on track
Partner with your Med Spa leadership team to expand and elevate aesthetics services
Partner with Haitus’s brand partners to deliver successful retail and med spa focused events
Team Leadership & Development
Inspire, coach, and grow a high-performing team that loves what they do
Create a culture of accountability and career growth that encourages collaboration and celebrates each team member
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to bring in top talent and support long-term career paths ensuring the right staffing levels to capture all demand and deliver an exceptional guest experience
Guest Experience
Lead the charge in delivering “The Hiatus Way” - best-in-class experience, customized results-driven services, expert treatment plans, and at-home care
Coach and empower your team to bring warmth, hospitality, and excellence to every guest, every time resulting in increased members and retention metrics
Listen and respond to guest feedback to celebrate wins and fine-tune the journey.
Ensure the spa environment is beautiful, welcoming, and always aligned with the Hiatus brand and standards
Operational Excellence
Oversee daily operations to keep everything running smoothly and in line with Hiatus standards
Execute on operational SOP’s, including payroll, inventory, people management, and marketing plans
Maintain top-notch quality, compliance, and brand consistency throughout the spa
Experience & Requirements:
2+ years of management experience, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry
Proven track record of building teams and achieving financial success
Entrepreneurial drive and passion for building and operating a world-class business
Flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend availability
Compensation:
Salary + Bonus: $75,000-$100,000 Annually
