About This Position

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator is a vital part of the sales team and is responsible for ensuring the Semper Laser values and standards are consistently applied in all client interactions. He/She will be responsible for converting guests to clients, retaining clients, driving retail sales, and delivering an amazing experience. With a keen eye toward brand integrity and a consistent voice, the incumbent must create a positive work environment and possess confidence in promoting laser hair removal services while providing superlative customer service to help the team reach company goals.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Provide outstanding customer service by acknowledging and greeting everyone who enters and leaves our facilities.

  • Ensure that the check-in and payment process is handled in accordance with Semper’s policy by processing cash, credit card, and/or credit transactions accurately thus protecting the company’s assets.

  • Ensuring client information is accurate and up to date.

  • Provide detailed descriptions of treatments, package services, promotional offers, and hours of operation.

  • Utilize computers and CRMs with skill and proficiency; document client information in electronic record as directed.

  • Meet the daily needs of the operation, such as answering the phone, scheduling services, managing the flow of appointments, addressing questions and concerns, protecting client confidentiality, sales, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone in our location.

  • Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests made by clients, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.

  • Drive client retention through outreach via telephone and email to current clients.

  • Maintain Semper Laser’s core customer service values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.

  • Participate in company on-site events to market our services to the community.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, particularly within the industry.

  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with a love for talking to people.

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is necessary.

  • Ability to thrive and stay calm, polite, and professional in a high-pressured environment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit or stand and work on a computer for prolonged periods; walk; use hands to grasp, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
