What You'll Do:

  • Supervise the Admissions and Customer Service & Satisfaction Coordinator, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback
  • Coordinate with physicians, nursing, and other staff to schedule and manage patient admissions and discharges
  • Ensure accurate assignment of accommodations and oversee preparation of admission, transfer, and discharge records
  • Maintain compliance with confidentiality, safety, infection control, and regulatory documentation standards
  • Foster positive guest relations and teamwork across departments to deliver excellent customer service
  • Serve as backup for admissions, referrals, and marketing activities during staff absences to ensure smooth operations

What You'll Need:

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience (required)
  • At least 1 year of experience with SNF or Nursing Home patient eligibility checking and/or admissions (preferred)
  • Minimum of five years of management experience, with at least three to five years in a related field (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test
