Operations Program Manager at AP4 Group – Lakeland, Florida

The Operations Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving key programs and initiatives that align with AP4 Groups’ growth strategy. This role requires a strong leader, adept at facilitating cross-functional collaboration and implementing processes, tools, and system improvements. The role will report to the Chief Operating Officer focused on translating complex business needs into practical solutions while enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting data driven decisions across the organization.

Essential Job Duties and Functions

• Translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Lead and manage strategic initiatives, including the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that support business growth and stability. This includes identifying opportunities for improvement and making informed recommendations.
• Track the progress of initiatives and ensure they stay on track and align with the company's strategic direction. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Evaluate potential risks associated with strategic initiatives and develop plans to mitigate them.
• Facilitate technical review and design meetings with lead architecture design teams, operational support resources, and vendors.
• Facilitate scrum meetings including daily stand-up meetings.
• Provide guidance and collaboration to business & functional leaders while implementing strategic plans and achieving their goals. This includes reviewing and analyzing existing strategies to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends that can inform strategic decision-making. Benchmark organizational performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Data analysis & mining to include cataloguing and governance of data sets.
• Manage external partnerships or consultants involved in strategic projects.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training management and other employees.??
• Provide leadership with consistent coaching and feedback.
• Conduct 1 on 1 meetings with direct reports as applicable.
• Develop goals and provide training for employees.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
• Travel as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by CEO, CFO, and COO.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; master’s degree a plus.
• Proficiency in the use of Power BI, Oracle, Azure, and Fabric Lakehouse.
• Project & Process mapping & management.
• Strong foundation in business fundamentals, strategic thinking, and data analysis.
