Job Description
ONLY EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDRED!
We currently have 2
* Front Desk Coordinator positions we must fill immediately. These positions are Full-time and the hours are non-negotiable. Hours are Mon-Thurs 10am-7pm/9am-6pm and Fri 8am-5pm .
Candidates MUST have an outgoing personality, good customer service, excellent phone skills, management skills and healthcare experience. No exceptions! Candidates must be honest, trustworthy and have a great attitude.
Candidates MUST have experience with the front desk area-in a healthcare setting (Chiropractic/Physical Therapy/Orthopedic), Personal Injury would be extremely helpful but not necessary). Must be RELIABLE, personable, and have the ability to multi-task.
Duties include but not limited to answering phones, greeting patients, checking in/out patients, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, data entry filing, etc. Bilingual (Spanish and English).
Office is EXTREMELY fast paced and in continuous growth mode. Candidates must be able to handle working under pressure at all times. You are constantly in GO mode and very hands on.
Rapids or general EHR knowledge is an absolute MUST!!
