Head of Demand Generation
We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Head of Demand Generation to lead our user acquisition efforts and rapidly scale our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of AI/LLMs, thrive in a dynamic startup atmosphere, and be passionate about pushing the boundaries of growth marketing through experimentation. As the first in-house marketing hire, you’ll work closely with the executive team to define our lead generation strategy, develop effective campaigns, and monitor key metrics to enhance performance.
You will:
  • Plan and implement innovative demand generation strategies to generate new leads
  • Foster and guide a culture of continual experimentation, consistently testing new channels, messaging, and tactics to optimize user acquisition and conversion rates
  • Work cross functionally with multiple departments, including our Sales, Product, and Executive teams to ensure we are accurately targeting our user base with optimal campaign strategies
  • Design and supervise paid campaigns on diverse platforms
  • Enhance operational processes and reporting for demand generation programs to assess effectiveness, performance, and marketing spend ROI
  • Conduct detailed analysis of campaign results, derive insights, and present findings clearly to facilitate informed decision-making and future actions
  • Develop and oversee the marketing budget

You have:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, ideally with a focus on AI/LLMs
  • Proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth in a B2B/SaaS technology environment
  • Ability to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Extremely strong analytical skills and experience with growth analytics tools
  • Ability to adapt quickly to market changes and implement creative growth strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
