MEMBERSHIP & SALES ASSOCIATE

We’re a high-end, fast-moving multi-sport fitness club looking for a sales professional who actually knows how to sell — memberships, upgrades, and add-on revenue streams. You must be sharp with technology, obsessed with efficiency, and able to plug into an ambitious team where accountability is real and results matter.

We are not a franchise gym. We’re a large, locally owned, premium club with tennis, aquatics, group fitness, strength training, kids programs, camps, and more. Your role directly impacts our growth and every member’s first impression.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Deliver high-quality membership tours that convert — consistently.

  • Use a structured, repeatable sales process (not guesswork).

  • Hit and exceed monthly membership and add-on sales targets.

  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, texts, email, CRM tools, and social outreach.

  • Participate in on-site and community events to create new leads.

  • Assist with onboarding new members so they stay long enough to be profitable.

  • Keep accurate digital records, use our systems correctly, and communicate clearly with the team.

  • Tech-competent. CRM, online scheduling, email, texting, social media, and Microsoft/Google tools are second nature.

  • Clear communicator. Strong writing, speaking, and follow-up discipline.

  • Customer-centric. You know how to make people feel welcome while still confidently guiding them to the sale.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 1–2 years of proven sales experience (membership, service, or retail).

  • Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • CPR/AED certification (or willingness to complete).

  • Availability for a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.

  • Interest in health, fitness, or sports environments.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Base pay: Hourly $16-$18, plus commission, bonuses, and real earning potential.
