Job Description

Position Summary

Our organization is looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Specialist to support our daily operations. This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse organization, inventory management, delivery driving, facility maintenance, and operational support. As a growing small business, this role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to assist wherever needed.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, comfortable performing physical work, and enjoys a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries.

  • Check products into inventory and accurately stock warehouse shelves.

  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.

  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.

  • Assist with inventory counts and inventory control processes.

  • Pick, stage, and prepare materials for service technicians.

  • Deliver pool chemicals, equipment, and supplies to customers and job sites.

  • Maintain company vehicles and report maintenance needs.

  • Process swimming pool cartridge filters through the company's filter cleaning program, including rinsing, soaking, inspection, and preparation for customer return.

  • Assist in maintaining shop equipment and work areas.

  • Perform grounds maintenance including mowing, weed trimming, property cleanup, and general facility upkeep.

  • Assist with seasonal operational projects and special assignments.

  • Support team members and contribute to overall company efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • CDL is not required.

  • Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a forklift.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to perform a variety of tasks.

  • Previous warehouse, inventory, delivery, landscaping, maintenance, or construction experience is preferred but not required.
