This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of performance marketing, creative systems, and creator-driven growth. You will be responsible for shaping and scaling the creative engine that powers large-scale paid media performance across multiple high-growth consumer brands. The role blends strategic thinking, operational rigor, and hands-on leadership, ensuring that creative output is not only compelling but consistently drives measurable business results. You will define what “high-performing creative” means across platforms like Meta and TikTok and translate insights into scalable systems. Working closely with production, talent, and media teams, you will influence both what is made and how it is executed. This is a high-impact position for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments where creativity is directly tied to performance outcomes.
- Define and own the overall creative strategy and performance standards across a diverse portfolio of high-growth consumer brand clients.
- Build, refine, and operationalize creative frameworks, playbooks, and SOPs based on platform insights and performance data from Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
- Lead and elevate a team of performance creative strategists, improving their ability to diagnose performance issues and develop high-converting creative concepts.
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end creative production process in collaboration with editing and production leads to ensure speed, quality, and scalability.
- Partner closely with creator and talent teams to align briefing, production, and paid media execution for maximum performance impact.
- Own creative onboarding for new clients, identifying early performance wins and establishing strong creative momentum within the first 30 days.
- Act as the senior creative authority in client conversations, presenting insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations with clarity and conviction.
- Continuously analyze creative performance trends to identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and scaling successful concepts.
- 7+ years of experience in performance creative, ideally within a fast-paced marketing or performance-driven agency environment managing multiple clients.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes such as improved conversion rates, reduced CPA, or significant revenue growth through creative strategy.
- Deep expertise in direct response marketing and paid social creative performance, particularly across Meta and TikTok platforms.
- Strong ability to develop, mentor, and lead high-performing creative teams in a results-oriented, high-volume environment.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable creative direction.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently advise senior stakeholders and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to balance creative instinct with performance data to consistently improve ad effectiveness.
- Experience working across multiple industries or brand types in parallel is highly desirable.
