Position Overview
Greet members and guests in a friendly manner and prepare any requested beverages for the membership while servicing the dining room through the server’s drink request. Maintain a clean and orderly bar and assists in beverage inventory as needed. Follow all Florida state liquor laws and ensure that age limits are maintained.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Possess full knowledge of club wine lists and house wines.
• Prepare and garnish mixed drinks for members and their guests.
• Become familiar with members and address them by sur name.
• Make appropriate charge to member’s account and ensure member signs ticket before they leave.
• Assist with maintenance of all equipment and coolers.
• Maintain bar in clean condition and re-stock after every shift.
• Prepare drinks for server and serves drinks to members directly when necessary.
• Stock bars and serve private parties from service bars throughout club
• Must always be on duty behind bar except when delivering a drink order.
• Maintain proper levels of wine, beer and liquor to ensure that the bar never runs out of merchandise.
• Responsible for taking bar inventory when needed.
• Responsible for reporting to a supervisor when liquor volume is low and needs to be restocked, especially for upcoming events.
• Supports servers in getting food and beverages to members as needed.
• Notify manager immediately with member or guest consumption concerns.
• Maintain a professional, positive work environment always.
• Such other duties as may be assigned by the Company at its discretion from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Possess knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and associated combinations. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must understand restaurant hygiene and food safety rules.
• Must be physically able to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
• Must be able to work in hot and/or windy weather conditions for long hours.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to recognize consumption concerns and voice concerns immediately and appropriately.

Credentials and Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have at least one year of experience working in a fine dining establishment
