We pride ourselves on a collaborative work environment, a team dedicated to innovation and safety, and our strong connection to the Appalachian Basin, the region we proudly call home and operate within.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Manager to support the continued growth and complexity of our Operations and Midstream project portfolio. In this newly created role, you will serve as a central point of coordination across key project stakeholders, helping drive major AFE and operational projects from initial definition through closeout. This is an opportunity to bring structure, visibility, and consistency to high-impact projects while partnering closely with teams across Surface Acquisition, Engineering & Design, Permitting, Construction, Midstream, Water Transfer, and Operations.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized project leader who can keep complex workstreams moving, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and provide leadership with accurate insight into project schedules, risks, budgets, and overall status.

Location
This is a hybrid position based out of our Morgantown, West Virginia office. You will be expected to work in the office three days a week. This role will also require a regular presence in the field to stay connected with project activity, meet with key stakeholders as needed, and support effective coordination between office-based planning and field execution.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Manage Operations and Midstream projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from project definition through closeout.
  • Coordinate activities across Surface Acquisition, Engineering & Design, Permitting, Construction, Midstream, Water Transfer, and Operations teams.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Monday.com, while tracking progress, constraints, risks, and critical path activities.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and status updates through PMO systems.
  • Support budget development and monitor project expenditures using SiteView.
  • Facilitate project meetings, coordinate follow-up actions, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into project priorities and next steps.
  • Support project bidding, contractor coordination, and project closeout activities.
  • Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting to support effective decision-making.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement across project management processes.

Your Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–7 years of project management or project coordination experience.
  • Experience in oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, operations, or a related industry preferred.
  • Strong project management, organizational, planning, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and operational teams.
  • Experience developing schedules, tracking budgets, preparing reports, and identifying project risks or constraints.
  • Proficiency with project management software and reporting systems preferred; experience with Monday.com and SiteView is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • PMP certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
