Good businesses are built on relationships, and this role is all about starting them. As a Client Success Representative, you'll talk with business owners, understand how they take payments today, and show them a setup that keeps more of each sale in their pocket.

You'll go through full training before your first conversation, follow a clear step-by-step process, and have a team one call away. Owners usually welcome the conversation because the savings are real. This is a full-time role, and your pay grows with the accounts you bring on, with bonuses for strong months.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to business owners and build a quick, genuine connection
• Learn how they take payments now and what gets in their way
• Recommend a payment and point-of-sale setup that fits their business
• Answer questions honestly and help them feel confident in the switch
• Stay with each new account through setup and the first few weeks
• Keep notes, follow-ups and next steps current in the CRM

What We're Looking For

• Warm, clear communicator who enjoys meeting new people
• Goal-driven and consistent day to day
• Coachable and quick to pick up a new process
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales is a plus
