Job Description
Technical Systems Integration, Inc. (TSI) is seeking a Project Scheduler to support Program Manager Training Systems (PM TRASYS) at Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) in Orlando, Florida.
Under TSI’s senior Integrated Master Scheduler, the successful candidate will develop and maintain assigned schedules in Microsoft Project, analyze schedule performance, and prepare reports to support Marine Corps training systems acquisition and sustainment.
PM TRASYS acquires and sustains Marine Corps ground training systems, devices, and training support services, including simulators, range systems, live training instrumentation, and distributed learning capabilities. Your schedule products will help government program and product managers track execution, anticipate milestone impacts, and support acquisition decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain assigned Integrated Master Schedules in Microsoft Project, with technical guidance from the senior scheduler.
- Establish and maintain task dependencies, durations, calendars, and milestones aligned with program objectives and Work Breakdown Structures.
- Collect and validate schedule status inputs from government program managers, product managers, and contractor representatives.
- Update schedules with actual progress, remaining durations, and forecast completion dates.
- Maintain schedule baselines and incorporate approved changes under the senior scheduler’s direction.
- Perform critical-path, float, and schedule-variance analysis to identify potential milestone impacts and execution issues.
- Support Schedule Risk Assessments and develop what-if scenarios to evaluate schedule impacts and potential recovery options.
- Prepare schedule metrics, milestone look-ahead reports, Gantt charts, and briefing products for program reviews and In-Progress Reviews.
- Review schedule logic and data quality, identify inconsistencies, and coordinate corrections with program stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of experience supporting DoD program schedules or Integrated Master Schedules in a defense acquisition or sustainment environment.
- Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Project, including task dependencies, calendars, baselines, progress updates, and critical-path analysis.
- Ability to evaluate schedule changes and develop what-if scenarios.
- Experience preparing schedule reports or briefing products for program stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle phases and milestone reviews.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate timely, accurate status inputs from multiple stakeholders.
- U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret security clearance.
- Ability to work on-site in Orlando, Florida.
- Relevant military experience will be considered when it demonstrates the scheduling capabilities described above.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience supporting MARCORSYSCOM, PM TRASYS, or another DoD training systems acquisition program office.
- Experience supporting formal Schedule Risk Assessments.
- Familiarity with DCMA 14-point schedule assessments or other schedule-health evaluation methods.
- Exposure to Monte Carlo schedule risk analysis.
- Experience coordinating schedule dependencies across multiple programs or product teams.
Security Requirement
This position requires an active DoD Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.

Compensation: $81,120–$91,520 yearly
