Responsibilities:
- Utilize Schneider's and railroads' tools and platforms to track and update orders.
- Provide Schneider's Operations and Customer Service teams with timely and accurate information.
- Handle railroad waybill responsibilities in an accurate and timely manner.
- Act as a resource for railroad-related questions and issues.
- Establish strong business relationships with the railroads.
- Assess on-time service performance and escalate service-related issues.
- Make recommendations for improvements to current processes and implement solutions.
- Maintain and update transit schedules.
Skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
