Pay Range: $62,000 - $93,000

Lead. Coach. Empower. Make a lasting impact.

Wisconsin Community Services (WCS) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our REACH (Reaching, Engaging, and Assisting Children & Families) program, serving youth and young adults through age 22 experiencing acute or crisis-related mental health needs.

This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team, provide meaningful clinical guidance, and help youth and families build stronger, more sustainable futures.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of approximately 8–10 Wraparound Care Coordinators.
  • Provide weekly individual supervision, clinical consultation, and support with complex and crisis situations.
  • Champion strength-based, trauma-informed, family-driven, culturally responsive Wraparound care.
  • Review and approve Plans of Care, Crisis Plans, Response Plans, Provider Notes, and other clinical documentation.
  • Support staff in coordinating services and developing sustainable transition plans for youth and families.
  • Monitor service quality, documentation, productivity, and contract compliance.
  • Support new Care Coordinators through training, mentoring, and Wraparound Milwaukee certification.
  • Collaborate with youth, families, courts, providers, community partners, and Wraparound Milwaukee.
  • Participate in quality improvement, staff meetings, trainings, and supervisory on-call rotation.

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
  • Active Wisconsin LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Wraparound Milwaukee Care Coordinator.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, coaching, and crisis-management skills.
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and family-centered care.
  • Ability to work effectively in both office and community settings.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and required insurance preferred.

Why REACH?

You’ll join a team that believes young people and families are the experts in their own lives. Your leadership will help Care Coordinators grow professionally while ensuring youth receive coordinated, compassionate, and individualized support when they need it most.

If you’re ready to turn your Wraparound experience into clinical leadership and make a meaningful difference, we’d love to meet you.
