Job summary:

The Part-Time Sales Associate is a vital member of our retail team, responsible for driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role requires a passionate, results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales, strong organizational skills, and a dedication to both individual and store-wide success.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and consistently exceed established individual and overall store sales goals.

• Act as a dedicated Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's style and values.

• Proactively introduce the collection to clients, sharing product knowledge and styling expertise.

• Cultivate a welcoming, engaging, and client-centric in-store environment.

• Possess and demonstrate an action-oriented mindset, leading by example on the sales floor.

Store Operations & Inventory

• Maintain impeccable store visual standards, merchandise presentation, and overall store appearance.

• Ensure accurate Inventory compliance and awareness, including processing new shipments and transfers.

• Uphold the store’s cleanliness and all required health and safety measures.

• Adhere to all brand dress code standards, acting as a representative of the brand.

Skills & Abilities

• Solid communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and be an approachable, effective listener.

• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and willingness to think creatively ("outside the box") for effective solutions.

• Ability to work effectively in an environment that prioritizes teamwork and collaboration while also being self-motivated and able to execute tasks independently.

• Possess a passion for retail and a dedication for advancement within the store team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional retail experience is required.

• Proven success in a sales-driven role.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

• Ability to occasionally reach overhead.

• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 30-50 lbs.

• Ability to climb a ladder or stepstool
