Elmhurst Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a motivated Online Parts Sales Specialist to help grow our online Mopar parts and accessories business.

We’re looking for someone who can sell, communicate with customers, identify the right parts, follow up on opportunities, and help us expand our online parts operation.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Online Parts Sales Specialist, you will manage customer inquiries and online orders from the initial contact through shipment and follow-up.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding quickly to online, email, and phone parts inquiries
• Converting customer inquiries and quotes into completed sales
• Identifying the correct OEM Mopar parts and accessories
• Using VINs and electronic parts catalogs to verify fitment
• Providing accurate pricing, availability, and shipping information
• Processing and managing online orders from start to finish
• Creating and maintaining online parts and accessory listings
• Managing product descriptions, pricing, photos, and fitment information
• Following up on quotes, leads, backorders, and open sales opportunities
• Upselling related parts, accessories, and additional products when appropriate
• Working with our Parts Department to verify inventory and availability
• Coordinating with shipping personnel to ensure orders go out accurately and on time
• Assisting customers with returns, exchanges, and order questions
• Monitoring competitive pricing and online market opportunities
• Maintaining excellent customer feedback and satisfaction
• Helping develop new strategies to increase online parts sales and profitability

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive dealership Parts Department experience
• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or Mopar parts experience
• Experience using electronic OEM parts catalogs
• Online automotive parts sales experience
• E-commerce or marketplace sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dealership team

Previous Mopar experience is a strong advantage, but we are willing to consider candidates with solid automotive parts knowledge and the right sales mindset.
