Customer Service Representative in ANN ARBOR, Michigan at Charles Knuth - State Farm Agency

Do you love helping people? Charles Knuth - State Farm in Ann Arbor, MI needs a friendly Customer Service Representative to take care of our customers.

About the role: You'll be the first voice our customers hear: answering calls, solving billing and policy questions, and keeping every customer's experience smooth.

Pay: $40,000-$50,000 per year plus bonus

Day to day:

• Answer phone, email, and walk-in questions from customers
• Help with billing, payments, policy changes, and ID cards
• Process paperwork and keep records accurate
• Spot customers who need a coverage review and pass them to the sales team

You'll do well here if you have:

• Customer service experience (office, bank, retail, call center, or insurance)
• Strong computer and organization skills
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or able to obtain them

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, in office in Ann Arbor
