Sr. Financial Analyst - G&A and Marketing FP&A

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst - G&A and Marketing FP&A in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of strategic finance and business partnership, supporting key G&A and Marketing functions in a fast-moving SaaS environment. You will act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leaders, helping translate business priorities into clear financial outcomes and actionable insights. The position focuses on building decision-grade financial models, evaluating investment opportunities, and guiding resource allocation across multiple business areas. You will also play a central role in forecasting, planning, and performance reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and clarity in financial narratives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape data-driven decisions that influence marketing efficiency, organizational investments, and operational strategy. This is a high-impact, remote-friendly role designed for a finance professional who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys influencing executive decision-making.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to G&A and Marketing leaders, supporting decision-making with financial analysis, modeling, and insights.
  • Build and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate investments, including marketing performance, PLG initiatives, organizational design, and vendor decisions.
  • Support end-to-end FP&A processes including annual planning, forecasting cycles, monthly close, and variance analysis.
  • Analyze marketing spend effectiveness across channels, connecting investments to pipeline, bookings, CAC, and other SaaS performance metrics.
  • Partner with G&A teams on cost optimization, process improvements, automation initiatives, and organizational planning.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and communication, translating complex financial analysis into clear recommendations.
  • Contribute to FP&A process improvements using modern tools, data platforms, and AI-driven analytics capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles, with strong exposure to financial modeling and business partnering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning processes including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and monthly close support.
  • Experience building decision-grade financial models from scratch and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business metrics such as CAC, LTV, pipeline generation, and marketing-sourced revenue is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and clearly present financial insights to executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and structure complex problems independently.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and curiosity for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience supporting both G&A and Marketing functions in a cross-functional environment is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $92,500 to $126,250 USD plus performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
  • Flexible remote work arrangement within the United States.
  • Generous paid time off program including vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays.
  • Up to 24 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Home office stipend and monthly productivity allowance.
  • Professional development support including access to online learning platforms.
  • Additional perks such as wellness programs, counseling services, and employee discounts.
