Embedded Sales Lead

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Embedded Sales Lead in Italy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to lead strategic partner engagement in a fast-growing global technology environment. In this role, you will support embedded sales initiatives, manage complex SaaS sales cycles, and help scale revenue through high-impact partnerships. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across international markets while operating in a fully remote, asynchronous work culture designed around flexibility and ownership. The position offers strong exposure to channel sales strategy, partner enablement, forecasting, and process optimization. Ideal candidates are proactive relationship builders who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy combining sales expertise with operational excellence. This role also provides the chance to contribute to innovative AI-enabled workflows while shaping the future of global business collaboration.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of partner-referred sales opportunities, from lead qualification through contract closure, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
  • Provide advanced sales support to partner teams by assisting with complex deal cycles, resolving sales challenges, and sharing best practices that improve conversion outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM reporting while ensuring data quality and visibility across all partnership activities.
  • Design and deliver enablement initiatives, onboarding sessions, and ongoing training programs that empower partner sales organizations to position solutions effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner sales inquiries, facilitating collaboration with internal specialists and ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and operational improvements by refining processes, identifying automation opportunities, and supporting scalable revenue growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with partnerships, sales, and go-to-market teams to align business objectives and maximize long-term partner success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, or SaaS sales within a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead management, forecasting, pipeline ownership, and deal negotiation.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage sales operations, reporting, and customer engagement activities.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both internal and external teams.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities with attention to detail in forecasting, reporting, and operational execution.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote-first environments while adapting quickly to changing business priorities.
  • Experience delivering partner enablement or sales training programs is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, AI-driven workflows, and technology-enabled sales processes is strongly preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills are required.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote work environment with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Competitive salary package with performance-aligned compensation.
  • Equity or stock option opportunities.
  • Flexible paid time off and asynchronous work schedules that support work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and mental wellness support programs.
  • Paid parental leave and family-friendly policies.
  • Learning and development budget with access to professional growth resources.
  • Home office budget and company-provided IT equipment.
  • Budget for co-working spaces, team meetups, and local social events.
  • Inclusive and globally diverse work culture focused on innovation and collaboration.
