Core Responsibilities:

  • Activity Execution: Make daily prospecting calls using warm referral outreach, Zillow leads, and Facebook ad follow-up; conduct buyer and seller consultations; and generate qualified pipeline using our proven scripts and BrokerKit CRM tracking.

  • Coaching Integration: Attend weekly coaching sessions, implement feedback on your approach, and measure results against your quarterly and annual goals.

  • Lead Source Development: Work with your coach to systematize and scale your best lead sources (warm sphere, Facebook ads, expired listings, referral partnerships) into repeatable revenue streams.

  • Transaction Management: Manage the full cycle from offer presentation through contract coordination, working with our Transaction Coordinator to ensure flawless closing.

  • Community Participation: Attend monthly sales meetings, roundtables, and training sessions to stay connected to the peer group and continuously sharpen your skills.
