Displays2Go is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support our Domestic transportation operations. This position will serve as a subject matter expert for Domestic LTL, Parcel, Volume, and Specialty modes of transportation and will play an important role in resolving freight service and delivery issues.
We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of Domestic transportation who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of transportation issues from start to resolution.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with Domestic transportation partners and understands the processes, rates, and service requirements associated with LTL, Parcel, Volume, and Specialty freight.
Job OverviewThe Logistics Coordinator will serve as a subject matter expert for Domestic LTL, Parcel, Volume, and Specialty modes of transportation.
Core job functions include managing all aspects of freight claims, coordinating reverse logistics for shipments, managing carrier on-hand notices, and serving as a primary contact for both Domestic transportation partners and Displays2Go's internal Contact Center to resolve customer inquiries related to freight service and delivery.
The Logistics Coordinator will also manage all aspects of Domestic freight invoice auditing in partnership with our freight audit company to maintain established audit standards across all Domestic transportation modes.
A working knowledge of LTL, Parcel, and Spot Quote rate structures is required.
What You'll DoServe as a subject matter expert for Domestic LTL, Parcel, Volume, and Specialty modes of transportation.
Manage all aspects of freight claims from initial filing through resolution.
Coordinate reverse logistics for shipments, including customer returns and carrier pickups.
Manage and resolve carrier on-hand notices.
Serve as a primary point of contact for Domestic transportation partners.
Partner with Displays2Go's internal Contact Center to resolve customer inquiries related to freight service and delivery.
Manage all aspects of Domestic freight invoice auditing in partnership with our freight audit company.
Maintain established freight audit standards across Domestic transportation modes.
Review freight invoices and research discrepancies as needed.
Apply working knowledge of LTL, Parcel, and Spot Quote rate structures when reviewing freight costs and transportation activity.
Obtain and review freight quotes as needed.
Track shipments and work with carriers to resolve freight service and delivery issues.
Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation.
Support the creation and management of cost and service KPIs related to transportation.
Work independently while communicating effectively with carriers and internal teams.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Domestic transportation, logistics, freight coordination, or a related transportation function.
Working knowledge of Domestic LTL, Parcel, Volume, and Specialty modes of transportation.
Working knowledge of LTL, Parcel, and Spot Quote rate structures.
Experience working directly with Domestic transportation partners and carriers.
Experience with freight claims, reverse logistics, carrier issues, or freight service and delivery resolution.
Experience reviewing or auditing freight invoices.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions such as VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Working familiarity with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience managing freight claims from start to resolution.
Experience with Domestic freight invoice auditing and working with a third-party freight audit company.
Experience coordinating reverse logistics and carrier on-hand notices.
Experience creating and managing transportation cost and service KPIs.
Associate's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have a strong understanding of Domestic transportation and the differences between LTL, Parcel, Volume, and Specialty freight.
You understand LTL, Parcel, and Spot Quote rate structures.
You are comfortable working directly with carriers to resolve freight service and delivery issues.
You take ownership of freight claims, returns, and transportation issues through resolution.
You understand the importance of accurate freight invoice auditing and cost management.
You are comfortable working with transportation data and using Excel to research and analyze information.
You can work independently while managing multiple priorities.
You are organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to following issues through to resolution.
