The Patient Services Representative plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for patients within healthcare settings such as physician offices and hospitals. This position is responsible for managing patient registration and billing processes accurately and efficiently, serving as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their medical insurance and billing inquiries. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to handle sensitive patient information and to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing standards. By facilitating clear communication between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies, the Patient Services Representative helps to optimize operational workflows and enhance patient satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with patient registration and billing in a healthcare setting.

- Proficiency in using fax machines and basic office equipment.
