About the role
We are hiring a Financial Analyst in San Francisco to support reporting, analysis, and the month-end close for a growing business.
What you will do
- Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards
- Run variance analysis and explain drivers to stakeholders
- Support the month-end close with the accounting team
- Improve reporting processes and data quality
Must have
- 2+ years in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting
- Advanced spreadsheet skills
- Clear communication with non-finance stakeholders
Nice to have
- Exposure to a modern ERP or planning tool
