The Business Intelligence Manager will transform data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, reporting infrastructure, and performance visibility to support the COO and the Global Operations leadership team in making data-driven decisions. This role will partner closely with our data team in defining, accessing, and interpreting operational metrics from our local teams in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and future growth in South America & Africa. A key responsibility will be building structure to our ops reporting cadence, from daily business health indicators to preparation for quarterly business reviews & identifying opportunities for market growth.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting systems/cadences for ops metrics
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities
- Develop KPIs and monitoring frameworks for ops performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Implement business intelligence tools and best practices
- 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or operations analytics
- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses
- Understanding of operations metrics and business processes
