What you will do:

Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and servicesDevelop key client relationships, negotiating and closing dealsCreate sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation teamTake measurements and document the area to prepare the installation team for an accurate and professional installationCreate a thorough list of materials to ensure an efficient installationMaintain great communication with the parts team, installation coordinator, and installation crewsCreate confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricingBecome an expert in your market area, and know the customer's needsHelp set aggressive sales plans, and propose expansions

What we are looking for:

High School Diploma or equivalent required2+ years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services.Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customers' schedulesAbility to climb ladders and work in elevated spacesAbility to work in attics and tight spacesAbility to work in a multitude of weather conditionsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.Great communication skills to establish customer rapport and encourage repeat businessGoal-orientedAbility to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the organization
