The Product Owner Sênior will be responsible for understanding business challenges, translating them into actionable technology solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of AI and automation initiatives. The role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and the ability to align technical execution with business objectives.

• Act as the main point of contact between business areas and technical teams for AI, Data, and automation initiatives.
• Conduct interviews and workshops to understand processes, identify pain points, and discover optimization opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical and functional specifications for specialized teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and developers to define feasible and effective solutions.
• Validate technical feasibility and ensure alignment between business expectations and implementation capabilities.
• Support prioritization of demands and management of AI and automation project backlogs.
• Monitor solution development and implementation, ensuring alignment with initial requirements and expected outcomes.
• Communicate project progress, results, and insights effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes through the adoption of AI and automation opportunities.

The ideal candidate has experience in business analysis, process improvement, and technology projects, with the ability to connect strategic business needs with technical solutions. We are looking for someone proactive, curious, and comfortable collaborating across different teams.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Product Ownership, or similar roles.
• Experience mapping business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured documentation, including user stories and functional specifications.
• Solid conceptual knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to act as a translator between technical teams and business areas.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and interest in learning about new technologies and their business applications.
• Experience with Generative AI projects, Large Language Models (LLMs), or conversational agents is desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for database queries is desirable.
• Certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management are considered a plus.
