Position Summary
The Onsite Services Associate is embedded at our client’s location in Bellevue, WA and is responsible for ensuring the facility remains guest-ready, stocked, clean, and operational throughout the day. The role supports board and conference rooms, beverage programs, kitchens, restrooms, and hospitality spaces while maintaining exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of professional demeanor, presence and discretion at all times.
Schedule
6:30 am till 1:00 pm Monday thru Friday
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare facility for daily operations by 8:00 AM by arriving onsite at 6:30 am.
• Stock snacks, beverages, dairy products, glassware, and amenities.
• Maintain boardrooms, huddle rooms, kitchens, and public spaces.
• Spot-check bathrooms, restock amenities as needed
• Operate and monitor coffee, water, and beverage equipment.
• Support catering events and meeting services.
• Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate supply replenishment and report facility issues.
• Participate in monthly deep-clean activities.
Qualifications
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or hospitality experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout shift.
Preferred:
• Corporate hospitality, facilities, or food-service experience.
• Experience with beverage equipment and inventory management.
Success Metrics
• Boardrooms and common spaces maintained to presentation standards.
• Stock levels consistently maintained.
• Beverage stations operational and guest-ready.
• Timely completion of daily checklist and service requests.
• Proactive communication with the client and Agora team members
Working Conditions
Fast-paced hospitality environment requiring standing, walking, lifting, bending, and interaction with employees, guests, caterers, and vendors.

The pay range for this role is:
24 - 28 USD per hour(Bellevue, WA)
