Maintenance Tech in Jacksonville, Florida at Shaws Southern Belle Frozen Foods Inc

· Ensures that all manufacturing/facility systems are properly resourced and that all resources are efficiently utilized.

· Provides technical support for efficient troubleshooting/problem solving activities and maintenance repair to maximize efficiencies and limit downtime.

· Continuously apply sound engineering solutions to resolve hindrances to plant efficiencies and to drive continuous improvement.

· Provides support in implementing/maintaining preventive and predictive maintenance programs to increase asset reliability.

· Performs follow-up analysis to identify and resolve recurring operational issues.

· Effectively communicates results and action plans to appropriate employees and managers.

· Manages the buildings and grounds such that good manufacturing practices (GMP) are adhered to and a professional appearance is maintained.

· Schedules mandatory inspections and coordinate certifications with appropriate authorities.

Must have minimum of 5 years minimum of manufacturing maintenance experience. Food manufacturing preferred.
