Accountabilities:

The Virtual Inbound Sales Representative (Moves) is responsible for driving sales performance while delivering exceptional customer interactions through consultative selling and effective communication.

  • Achieve sales targets by promoting products and services, clearly communicating value, and identifying opportunities to meet customer needs.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer goals, address objections, and recommend personalized solutions.
  • Convert inbound customer inquiries into sales opportunities by educating customers and creating engaging experiences.
  • Build strong customer relationships through active listening, empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach throughout each interaction.
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow established sales processes, procedures, and quality standards to consistently deliver excellent service.
  • Collaborate with team members to support shared sales objectives and create a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed about available solutions, features, and benefits.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all customer and internal interactions.
  • Meet attendance, scheduling, and performance expectations, including flexibility for evenings, weekends, and overtime when required.
  • Participate in training and ongoing development activities to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a motivated customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and the ability to succeed in a dynamic sales environment.

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience; customer service, sales, retail, or contact center experience is beneficial.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while navigating complex systems and digital tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with measurable goals.
  • Strong resilience, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Benefits:
  • Base pay of approximately $15.00 per hour.
  • Target total compensation of approximately $22.69 per hour, including targeted commission opportunities.
