Clinic Manager in Osceola, Missouri at Citizens Memorial

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH)is seeking a Clinic Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals at the Osceola Family Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic in Osceola, Missouri. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 long-term care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, rehab therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

About the area: Join Osceola Family Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic and deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive community setting. The clinic provides providers and care teams with the opportunity to practice comprehensive family medicine in an environment that values strong patient relationships, clinical excellence, and community impact.

A typical day will include: Managing the daily activities of the clinic relating to patient care and clinic operations.

• Implementing administrative directives and supporting compliance of clinic policies and procedures
• Monitoring staffing levels based on clinic workload and managing schedules to meet operational needs
• Investigating and assisting in the resolution of patient concerns/grievances
• Processing collections of deductibles, co-insurances, and non-participating third-party payer for current visits and outstanding bills at the time of service

Job Requirements:

• Education: Post-secondary education in business or health-related field
• Experience: Healthcare and prior management experience preferred
• Skills: Management, communication, teamwork, customer service
• Licensure/Certification: A current RN, LPN, or MA license is preferred. Consideration will be given to those without a license who have prior experience in a healthcare setting. Must be willing to learn to perform clinical duties to support clinic operations

This position is: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
