Position Summary

Applied Digital is seeking a Workplace Culture & People Specialist to join our growing organization. This role will play a key part in supporting initiatives such as improving workplace culture and strengthening employee engagement. The ideal candidate will ideate, propose, and execute innovative and creative solutions aimed at fostering positive workplace culture while also supporting broader HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programs or activities that fosters positive workplace culture and enhances the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Own and enhance employee engagement campaigns that promote recognition and inclusion across the organization.
  • Analyze engagement data and feedback to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with and support various HR functions such as new hire onboardings and orientation, learning and development, employee relations, and more

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably related to employee engagement.
  • Experience using modern HRIS technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or accredited HR certification.
  • Experience using ADP WorkforceNow technology.

  • Integrity: Adheres to company policies, safety protocols, and professional ethics always.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Recommends and supports efficiency, safety, and system innovations.
  • Documentation Discipline: Maintains clear, consistent records for operational continuity and compliance.
  • Security Compliance: Maintains awareness of data center physical and logical security expectations.
  • Digital Literacy: Uses productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Excel, ticketing systems) for communication and documentation in office or hybrid settings.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to remain in a seated position for an extended period and to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. (office manuals, case notebooks, case files, case materials, standard boxes, report binders, etc.) as needed.
