Job Title: Administrative Clerk / MHE Operator
Location: Natick, Massachussetts
Position Summary: The Administrative Clerk / MHE Operator provides warehousing, receiving, shipping, inventory management, and distribution support for the Centralized Receiving and Shipping Point (CRSP). The position is responsible for processing supply transactions within GCSS-Army, receiving and issuing cargo, maintaining inventory accountability, operating material handling equipment, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations in accordance with Army supply regulations and established safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, document, and process inbound and outbound shipments.
- Perform GCSS-Army transactions including receiving, stowing, picking, issuing, posting goods receipts (MIGO), managing storage bins, generating Materiel Release Orders (MROs), and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Review shipping documentation, manifests, bills of lading, and receiving reports.
- Maintain inventory accountability and accurate warehouse records.
- Operate forklifts and other MHE equipment up to 36,000-pound capacity.
- Load, unload, transport, and stage materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Support distribution and backhaul operations across installation facilities.
- Assist with container management and tracking activities.
- Follow applicable requirements of AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-2, AR 735-5, and ATP 4-12.
- Comply with all safety, environmental, and occupational health requirements.
- Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and supporting documentation.
- Perform warehouse housekeeping and ensure safe storage practices.
Experience / Education Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience supporting Army supply, logistics, warehousing, or inventory management operations.
- Minimum 1-2 years of GCSS-Army experience equivalent to a WG-06 level.
- Experience performing supply transactions using GCSS-Army T-Codes.
- Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Experience receiving, storing, issuing, and inventorying government property.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical training in logistics, warehousing, supply management, or related field preferred.
Certifications / Licenses
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- Current MHE/Forklift Operator certification or ability to obtain and maintain certification.
- Ability to operate forklifts and MHE variants up to 36K capacity.

Physical Demands:
- The position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance; work indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions; stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse labor for extended periods; and wear required personal protective equipment and safety gear.

Travel: Minimal travel for corporate support may occur for this position.
