With meticulously designed rooms and three distinct dining outlets, ARRIVE Austin welcomes travelers and locals alike.POSITION PROFILE:We're looking for an upbeat, team-focused Steward/Dishwasher to help us maintain a clean kitchen, from guest dishware to cooking equipment and prep stations.THE TASK AT HAND:Keep all cooking equipment, cutlery, china, and workstations clean at all times.Work efficiently to keep equipment, glassware, flatware, and dishware properly stocked and ready for service.Help maintain all equipment, glassware, china, and cutlery to preserve quality.Coordinate with Kitchen Management on cleaning and maintenance of equipment.Collect and store produce, proteins, and other ingredients in their proper places.Sweep kitchen floors before and after service, and keep the walk-in fridge and food storage areas clean.Maintain the kitchen cleaning schedule, working positively with the team to ensure a smooth, enjoyable operation.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Required1 year of related experience in a similar role in a restaurant preferred.Service-oriented, working effectively with the team, with strong prioritization and time management.Flexible schedule, able to work a variety of shifts.PhysicalRequires mobility and prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Competitive compensation package with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401(k).Paid time off, holiday pay, and sick pay.Career advancement and professional development as we open new hotels and restaurants nationwide.Employee discounts across our entire portfolio (25 hotels and more to come!).
