Job Description

We are looking for positive and efficient team members looking to drive Pinthouses cleanliness and quality. We would like the new team members to join both our Dishwasher and Kitchen teams. The ideal candidates would be hard-working, efficient, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing checklists, including daily and weekly cleaning tasks
• Clean any and all items asked, while meeting quality and safety standards
• Monitor dishwasher and ensure the proper temperature and cleaning materials always adhere to health cod regulations
• Prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in a variety of other kitchen equipment
• Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and rules, policies and procedures
• Handle, store and rotate all products properly
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work and service area including tables, shelves, walls, oven, and refrigeration equipment

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Certification
