At Valley Behavioral Health, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing efforts across the organization. This position assists in coordinating marketing campaigns and projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and brand standards are consistently met. The Coordinator helps develop and manage marketing collateral, maintains and updates website content, and contributes to the organization’s social media presence and broader digital marketing initiatives. Additionally, this role monitors brand reputation and audience engagement, helping to ensure a consistent, positive brand experience across all channels. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, the Coordinator helps drive awareness, engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Pay: Range starts at $41,500 annually (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm | Hybrid Remote

Essential Functions
- Coordinates and executes social media content across platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing to support strategic messaging
- Drafts and edits copy for marketing collateral, social media, website content, and internal communications
- Supports the development and execution of marketing campaigns and projects, ensures tracking and reporting of timelines, metrics, and deliverables
- Creates and updates digital and print marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand standards and organizational goals
- Maintains and updates website content, supporting overall site performance
- Monitors and engages with online brand reputation channels, including review platforms and employer branding sites
- Coordinates with external vendors on marketing materials, promotional items, and other project needs
- Tracks and reports on marketing performance metrics, supporting KPI/scorecard monitoring and continuous improvement efforts
- Collaborates with internal teams to support events, internal communications, and brand-aligned messaging across the organization
- Organizes and maintains marketing assets, files, and project documentation to ensure accessibility and consistency
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field. OR 4 years equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
Experience
- One year of professional marketing experience to include social media, design, and project coordination experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the nonprofit or behavioral health fields
- Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms such as Sprout Social or similar tools
- Experience using project management platforms like Monday.com, Asana, or similar systems
- Familiarity with communication tools such as Constant Contact or similar tools
- Backend website management such as Joomla, WordPress or similar tools
