Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative who will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and promoting our full line of residential and commercial garage door products and services in Coweta County and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, industry knowledge (preferred but not required), and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new customer relationships within the assigned territory (within 60-80 miles from the home office).
- Conduct in-person visits with potential and existing clients (homeowners, contractors, builders, property managers, etc.).
- Effectively present our products and service and overcome barriers. Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value of our products, services, and company.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, estimates, and presentations to clients.
- Close sales and follow through to ensure timely installation and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, installation, and customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay current on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and company training sessions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or other tracking tools.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years proven outside sales experience in the garage door industry or related industry (HVAC, Construction, Insulation, Solar, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Prior experience with Service Titan a plus.
- Valid driver’s license
