About Somersett Owners Association:
Somersett is a 2,391-acre master-planned golf community located in Northwest Reno, surrounded by the Sierra Nevada range and Peavine Peak. The Association provides a range of amenities, recreational facilities, and lifestyle programming designed to enhance the resident experience.
Somersett Owners Association promotes a high-performance, service-driven culture focused on operational excellence, community engagement, and long-term sustainability. The organization manages multiple facilities and sub-associations, including Sierra Canyon, a 55+ sub-association with its own dedicated amenities and clubhouse, Aspen Lodge.
Aspen Lodge is the primary amenity facility serving Sierra Canyon residents and includes indoor and outdoor recreational amenities, fitness spaces, activity rooms, and community gathering areas designed to support an active adult lifestyle.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Analyst supports Sierra Canyon operations through administrative coordination, compliance documentation, and process management. This position plays a key role in maintaining organized systems, supporting Board and committee processes, and ensuring consistency in documentation and communication.
The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational structure, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. The Administrative Analyst works closely with management to support operational efficiency, compliance requirements, and overall service delivery.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain Board and committee materials, including agendas, packets, and supporting documentation.
- Support compliance-related documentation, including governing documents, notices, and required communications.
- Assist with AGC/ARC processes, including application tracking, communication, and recordkeeping.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for operational, administrative, and compliance-related documents.
- Coordinate administrative aspects of resident requests, communications, and follow-up.
- Assist with data tracking, reporting, and analysis to support operational decisions and planning.
- Support onboarding processes, document collection, and internal coordination for new hires or transitions.
- Identify opportunities to improve organization, systems, and workflow efficiency.
- Assist management with special projects, research, and process development as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all work.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and structure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work within structured processes while identifying areas for improvement.
- Strong time management and follow-through.
- Community association governance and compliance processes (preferred).
- Document control and record-keeping practices.
- Administrative support practices in a professional office environment.
- Nevada Revised Statutes related to common-interest communities (NRS 116/116A).
- Work independently while maintaining alignment with management direction.
- Maintain professionalism in a resident-focused service environment.
- Adapt to evolving organizational needs and responsibilities.
- Work effectively with variety of team members, community members, and professionals.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and friendly demeanor among coworkers.
Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, organizational leadership, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of administrative, operational, or project coordination experience. Experience in public management, hospitality, or local government is preferred.
- Ability to spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and talking.
