Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation Structure: $33 - $36 hourly DOE; Rental housing discount of 20% offered if living on site.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-4

Requirements:What You’ll Do
The Maintenance Supervisor manages all aspects of property maintenance, appearance, and service operations while adhering to the established budget. This role combines hands-on repair work with team leadership, overseeing service requests, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and vendor relationships to ensure a safe, well-maintained community.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Train, supervise, and support the Maintenance team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance, service response times, and productivity.
- Complete and oversee service requests in a timely manner, ensuring quality work and resident satisfaction through follow-ups.
- Conduct unit inspections for move-in readiness and manage turn planning, including supply ordering, vendor coordination, and budget management.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance program and keep the maintenance shop organized and compliant with safety and OSHA standards.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance, facilities, or related field required.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in student-style turn and turn preparation process preferred.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- HVAC Certification strongly preferred.
- CPO Certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance.
