This is a seasonal role through January 5th, 2027 with potential to extend based on the needs of the business.

HART’s Seasonal Jewelry Stylist is a whip-smart, go-getting, proactive and organized person who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. They act as brand ambassadors and provide a best-in-class retail experience with a focus on jewelry assembly and sales.

Requirements
Genuine enthusiasm for retail, fashion, and jewelry and outgoing, friendly demeanor. Basic jewelry assembly (jump rings, pliers) and an artistic eye for detail and scale. An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, personable and has incredible attention to detail and a healthy sprinkle of perfectionism. This person embodies the HART attitude - a positive, fun, curious person who loves people. This position reports to the Store Manager.

Storefront & Retail Experience
❏ Delivering an exceptional, personalized customer experience with a focus on quality and relationship building
❏ Act as a key brand ambassador and stylist, providing styling recommendations aligned with the brands aesthetic
❏ Take ownership of sales goals, consistently working toward and contributing to team targets and KPIs
❏ Ensure the sales floor is stocked and tidy at all times while adhering to inventory guidelines
❏ Drive business through clienteling, outreach, and fostering ongoing genuine relationships with customers
❏ Ensures visual merchandising standards are maintained, store is always client-ready and tidy at all times
❏ Demonstrate HART’s core values through daily behaviors and interactions

Qualifications
❏ Confident, personable, natural communicator
❏ Strong attention to detail
❏ Genuine interest in the fashion / jewelry industry
❏ Comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of service in a fast-paced retail environment
❏ Availability work a flexible schedule (including holidays, weekends, peak business periods)

This role offers a flexible schedule based on individual availability. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying packages up to 50 pounds.
