We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Yarn Dyer to join our Manufacturing/Dye Kitchen team. In this hands-on production role, you'll follow established processes to help create consistent, high-quality yarn while keeping production moving at a steady pace. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things right, and works well in a structured production environment.

What You'll Do

Follow established dye kitchen and yarn production processes and proceduresComplete dyeing and production tasks accurately, consistently, and at the expected paceMonitor work for quality and consistency throughout the production processFollow safety, quality, and operational guidelinesKeep the work area clean, organized, and ready for productionWork collaboratively with the team to meet daily production needsSupport Saturday production as needed
