Schedule: Full-time

• Oversee food quality checks across prep, cooking, packaging, and storage

• Verify adherence to recipes, portioning, labeling, and presentation standards

• Support safe food handling practices and monitor sanitation routines

• Conduct routine audits and track findings to ensure continuous improvement

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to address issues and prevent repeat problems

• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, temperatures, and corrective actions

• Help train or guide team members on quality and safety expectations

• Experience in food service, kitchen operations, or quality assurance roles

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety

• Comfortable reviewing processes, spotting discrepancies, and coaching solutions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
