About the Role

Hello Adorn is looking for a charismatic, self-driven Mobile Retail Associate to hit the road and bring our brand to life at local events. You'll travel to music festivals, and pop-up events in the area, setting up our iconic Volkswagen bus Goldie and creating an unforgettable shopping experience for customers. Your main focus will be attaching endless bracelets, selling Hello Adorn's curated goods — all while being the face of our brand in the community.

What You'll Do

• Set up the Hello Adorn Volkswagen bus at local events, markets, and festivals.
• Assisting customers with chain selection and attaching endless bracelets or anklets in a warm, engaging way.
• Represent the Hello Adorn brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong sense of style.
• Manage inventory, displays, and the point-of-sale process at each event.
• Pack up and secure the vehicle and merchandise after each event.
• Communicate event feedback, customer insights, and inventory needs to the Hello Adorn team.

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing, high-energy personality with a natural ability to connect with people and drive sales.
• Comfortable working as a mobile retail team at events with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized — able to manage setup, sales, and breakdown smoothly.
• A genuine love for jewelry and fashion is a big plus.
• Availability to work local events in the area - most taking place Wednesday through Saturday.
• Previous retail, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred.
